Rules about SPRAY'S

I play on this server all the time, its my favorite server, and i know all of the rules such as no porn sprays, and i abide by these rules.

I was playing just a little while ago, and i had been playing for a few hours, and spraying the same spray, its not a porn spray at all, but all then sudden [PD] Homizide says no porn sprays, and assuming he was talking to someone else i keep playing then boom kicked by admin,

the spray i was using is a picture chick covering her boobs with her hands, not showing any nipple...

now by definition that is not pron, it is simply a none nude picture, the type of picture that is in magazines, and on TV every day.


My suggestion is maybe to be more specific, cause personally don't thing there's nothing wrong sprays of hot chicks in a bikini or something, as long as all the private parts are covered, i think they should be allowed.

Sounds like something that should be looked at, I don't mind any of it, but thats personal preference. As admin, as per the rules, Host doesn't want any nudity in the server. This has always been, could you please post, or give a link to this picture, though I think I know what you're talking about? It should be alright, but in the end it's up to host and it will be a good clearification for all of us.

The nudity aspect of this was discussed in the admin part of the forums. His spray is perfectly fine for the server. As long as the "goods" are covered up.

I just want to make it clear that porn is not allowed in the server. Half naked - hot looking chicks, fine if they have the goods covered, I can deal with that, but if I see anything that wouldn't make it onto basic cable the user needs to be warned. If they spray it again, ban them, no questions. If they give you an attitude about the spray, ban them. There are plenty of people who don't want to see that kind of stuff, and the lack of porn in our server has in the past helped contribute to its success - so the rule remains. If you see it, do *not* ignore it. I've seen several admins ignore porn sprays, please dont. I consider porn sprays #2 on the do not do list, just under hacking.

I agreed...But that pic look like porn to me...Pd wants to keep the server clean so kids can play in it too...Even thou its not a porn pic...but its kinda gross...So please be considereted for other players....Hot pic distracts players...its'll get them kills=) you guys like my yoshi and koolaid spray?

see, i have a problem with that, because there IS a difference between porn, nude pictures, and none nude pictures, look at playboy, its not considered porn.


porn = 1 or more persons in the picture [perfoming sexual intercource/penitration].

nude picture = 1 person in the picture naked, no sexual intercoruse.

none nude picture = 1 person in the picture, private parts covered.

It was me that kicked you. Why you might ask one cuz of the spray two your ping was high and with already like 6 people on that were around 60, then 3 with about 70 , then there was you with 100 to 105, and some other dude with 131 so I kicked him your ping stayed the same so I kicked you and everyones ping dropped to 50 and 59.

Thats a bit racy, but not totally against the rules. This would fall under the category of the admins discretion, however you should have been asked to stop using the spray while in game before being kicked. Admins can determine who sprayed what sprays, so there shouldnt be any trouble notifying the player to stop using the spray.

Just to add to this, if its porn or falls under my definition quoted by caboose, take immediate action. Otherwise, use your discretion and notify the player to stop using the spray if you deem it offensive. If there is a debate between the admin and the player, a thread can be started in the forums and we will review on a case by case basis.
