What type of server are we running (hardware spec etc)

Blade server? Could we add another half gig of ram to it, the server seems to like hiccups.

It's not struggling on the ram, but it may be time to soon format/reinstall. Not sure what the deal is..

Its been getting progressively worse, it used to be every 2 and a half minutes I would get a short stutter now I get really long ones every minute or so.
