You forgot the kitchen sink.

MaStEr~X 12-17-2004 11:08 PM

What an infinitely out-of-date computer, if it can even be called that.

Kitch 12-17-2004 11:24 PM

The only bottleneck I can see on that computer would have to be the Video Card. Granted, it is a good card, but its easily the weakest part of the system. Other then that, I'm jealous

Alt F4 12-17-2004 11:38 PM

For serious. "ATI MOBILITY"?? Never even heard of it. Sounds like it's for a laptop, or some kind of vegetable.

UrbanMerc |- Godsend 12-17-2004 11:52 PM

that is a laptop^

HostMaster 12-18-2004 12:26 AM

What you need is Quad 3Ghz Xeon processing with 12GB of DDR. Then when your not gaming you can let NASA use it for plotting the universe.

Hostagedown 12-19-2004 09:06 PM

hmm the graphics card isnt that bad it can run World of Warcraft on high and still manage 40 fps but yeah im thinking about upgrading it to the 9800 mobile with 256

HmniQ 12-20-2004 10:14 AM

I think I can beat you in three areas -
  • I have a 1920x1200 screen
  • My battery lasts 4 hours on normal use (Pentium M >> Pentium 4 (HT or not))
  • My laptop costs like $4000 less than yours
But other than that, nice :) Just remember not to burn the family jewels while you burn and pillage.

Alt F4 12-20-2004 04:20 PM

Silly gamers... lap tops are for programmers and scientists, not for playing games.

lap_top = sucky for upgrading + (expensive * a.lot);
Desktop = owns(lap_top) => atGaming;
