64 mobo's.
 
Anyone know a good motherboard that can handle and amd 64?

as far as i know any mobo with socket 939 will work just as well with an amd 64 as all the others, the more exspensive models just have extra features; it all just depends on what you want. Primarily make sure it has a PCI express slot, and consider the type of gfx card you have, if you have and nvidia, and plan on sticking with them id say make sure u get a mobo with nvidia support. If ur planning on sticking with ati, it would be good to get a board with ATI support. Then if u plan on gettin dual graphics cards make sure theres SLI for nvidia cards, or Crossfire for ATI (im not sure if they sell crossfire cards yet). Also consider sound, all motherboards have some sort of sound, if you already have, or are planning on getting a soundcard dont pay extra for a mobo with 7.1 surround sound. But all in all it just depends on what u want, but any socket 939 mobo will work just fine.

Their gamer choice was the DFI LANParty nF4 SLI-DR.
