Yeah i do,
The icons on the bottom on the screen, as well as the weather thingy, were created with a program called AveDesk, what's awesome about AveDesk is that, when paired with a plugin called Sysstats, anyone can create any kind of plugin for AveDesk, like the weather report plugin I have on right now, one can find more info on

The icons on the top were created with a program called YzDock, YzDock mimics the extremely awesome MacOSX Dock, but the only gripe is that one has to google around to find a download
I hear from someone that Konfabulator is sort of the better program out there, there is a greater variety of plugins and "widgets" to play around.....
