When your comp starts up enter bios mode by hitting f8 then go to boot options then set the first drive to floppy.

first question is why do you thinkn you need to update your video bios? it is extremely rare that anyone would ever need to play with the firmware on a vcard..

when i play wow i sometimes get crashes to a blue critical error screen that tell me there is a problem with nv4.dsp and that i should contact my hardware vendor. So i contacted evga and they told me to update my bios for bug fixes.

Maybe they meant drivers, not a bios/firmware update
