yupz i guess thats the only way u admins can do it really if theres a team with like all 2+ ratio player and the other team with a less then 1 ratio team then i gues the auto balance will sorta even it out

To me the answer doesn't lie with the admins, but more with the leet players. I typically will switch to help the loosing side, but I am not leet and offer little help. The preverbial saying "you can lead a horse to water but you can't make him drink" goes a long ways when you have leet players, they should switch it up as they mostly dictate the rythm of any game. I have played sometimes and watched leet players stacking and kill every CT and not one T died or killed every T and not one CT is killed round after round. I'm sure that it is one sided fun, but that doesn't promote return players. It's like your girl friend, if you do the 8-second ride everytime, chances are, you will be looking for a new girl friend. To me if you like playing on this server, and you are leet, take time out of your day and make it fun for others, switch.
