hey guys I was looking for a new media player for .avi and .vob files. I have already looked into divx and it only plays .avi files and same with VLC player. I have WinDVD but it seems to take ALOT of cpu power with the right mix of filters and I was just wounding if you guys new of a better player (that plays both .avi and .vob files) anyhelp would be nice

ok I download bs player and it doesnt work on .vob files all it does when I try to load it is a "error: can't open file."

do a search for 'best .vob player' and begin your browsing.

Interesting little tidbit... Windows media player plays .vob files and so does Divx.

Now, cease the messages on AIM with your post naive!

download this. I had the same problem, and now all video files work great, just make sure to set it to play video files durring installation
