player needs possible ban?

This player has been spraying nazi symbols, and I have repeatedly asked him to change, and I have also kicked him. He continues to spray, and I would ban but I cannot at this level.

So a higher admin can make the call

Let's keep this thread active. If anyone sees him spray it again, ask him to stop spraying it - make sure he understands that if he doesn't he will be banned. If you are unable to ban him, post about it in this thread and someone will.. thanks.
