hey this is dink!

I play at your cs server all the time and i was wondering if i could be admin?

6. yes, i was admin on {PLC} server for awhile. too bad they had to shut the server down cause of financial trouble
7. to make the server better by imposing the server's rule

You seem good, but I think all positions are full.

We will be considering more admins as soon as valve releases cs_militia and we become a cs_militia only (with voting) server.

It really depends. We have to look and see how many admins we have that no longer play and base it off of that. We will also consider (And I should ask in the applications) the times which applicants normally play.. since of course it would be ideal to have at least 1 admin in the server all the time.
